Description

Andromache (Andy) of Scythia from Old Guard.

Picked up this commission from Leandro Fernandez, who illustrates the Old Guard series, through Mark Hay at Splash Page Comic Art recently and couldn't be happier with how it turned out. Worth the wait for sure. I loved this series and always wanted something from it, and this fit the bill perfectly.

It goes very well with my "strong women slicing up people" series that includes my Amanda Connor Wonder Woman and upcoming cover of SIKTC with Erica Slaughter (artist TBA) ... gonna be quite a wall.

Great corridor violence scene with patterns and single point perspective to build the claustophobia and tension around Andy and what's aproaching in front of her (us?).
