I was hoping Steve would do watercolors on this piece (it was drawn on illustration board). But I think Steve really wasn't in the mood to give it a go.

If I close my eyes, I can almost imagine Steve's colors on this. Maybe down the road at some point he will change his mind and give it a go. Still, can't help but wonder if (as you say) he just wasn't in the mood, or if the idea of emulating Mucha was just too daunting. Anyway, love the concept and design here.

Art Nouveau FD? You're right that it would look fantastic in watercolor, but even as a pencil piece it's absolutely incredible. Steve's range of talent seems limitless at times. Thanks for sharing this one!
