DescriptionSonic The Comic #124 Pg. 9Pencils & Inks by Richard Elson Coloring by Nigel Kitching Written by Nigel Kitching Pencils/Inks and color art all on the same board, with overlay for word bubbles/text (which also has the piece of tape on it with the publishing note of CS17). After posting a Chaos Emeralds page from issue #123, here's a page from the next issue #124, focused on our main character Sonic The Hedgehog and his trusty sidekick Tails, as they aim to get those Chaos Emeralds back in the chamber on the Floating Island after they got them out of the hands of the baddies. The Sonic series as a videogame franchise is all about high speed gameplay, so I was happy to pick up a page showcasing his super fast speed, as well as the banter between Sonic and Tails as they bump into each other on their mission. I really like the color on this piece. The more cartoony stuff like this really goes well with the coloring. I also got super nostalgic at the "SEGA" in the video.

A Sonic jam with your overlay tape
A next issue sign on your emerald break
It's Nintendo mushrooms when all you need Sega life
It's seeing he ran in my dreams

A little too iconic... and, yeah, it’s really comics...

I thought the previous page you posted was really good, but this one ups the content quality factor tremendously. Incredible content and the colors look fabulous too!
