DescriptionI was lucky enough to grab the complete interior artwork for a fun 10-page back-up story from Superior Spider-Man #1 that takes place back when Doc Ock was the Superior Spider-Man and Spider-Boy hadn't been forgotten by everyone yet.Tonight I am posting pages 4-6. The artist is the talented Nathan Stockman, an extremely nice guy who has become a very good friend. In this story, Spider-Boy's unique spider sense sends him to a Fantastic Four storage facility where he becomes embroiled in an altercation between the Superior Spider-Man (Doc Ock in Peter Parker's body), Mr. Negative and his Inner-Demon henchmen. I won't get into the whole story. I'm including the published pages so you can read what's going on. But I think the artwork is really wonderful, there is some great action, and there is some very dramatic stuff that goes on between Superior Spider-Man and Spider-Boy. Social/Sharing |

Ah, ok. He isn't robbing the place he is just protecting that stuff for the Fantastic Four. Nice page!!!

The pencils and inks are quite impressive. I really like his rendering withthe inks. It provides a nice, slick, polished look. With a 10 page story though, it would really have been nicer to post them two at a time, side by side in five different posts, to benefit more from the storytelling from one page to the next, especially in the action sequences.

Sure, his Spider-Sense worked to bring him here, but fails to warn him when Mr. Negative sneaks up behind him to give him the touch! A featured Spidey vs Spidey panel is a major highlight of this page and story!
