Description

A full colour Modesty Blaise watercolour, drawn by Jim Holdaway - probably as a preliminary to get the job on the daily comic strip, before the series were launched in the London Evening Standard. This brilliant art was accepted by Peter O�Donnell, the author & creator of Modesty Blaise & The London Evening Standard. The series were launched and became a worldwide success. The watercolour of Modesty Blaise is the only known Modesty Blaise piece of ORIGINAL ART in Colour by Jim Holdaway.

You have many wonderful images in your galleries, but of them all this is my favorite. Also, thank you for adding the comments under "Descriptions" along with the images.
