Close Encounters Original Art - Maybe

Starting in 1972, pioneering Sci-Fi Photographer Mitchell Funk began his campaign of empty roads into endless landscapes that transcend ordinary reality.  Over the years, Funk kept challenging himself to further develop the theme.  The present work is a high-impact version, completed in 1982.  There was no Photoshop at the time, and Funk figured out his own system to superimpose images on 35mm slides the analog way.   Bold colors, precise desgin and powerful graphics defined his style, which still seems fresh today.
