As a kid,, I remember reading a lot of Phantom books that my dad or older brothers must have gotten before I was born... Phantom was called "El Hombre Enmascarado" (the masked man)... I always thought it was cool how he had no real powers, but he was still awesome with his dog, his rings with the skull where he'd punch guys and leave the skull mark on them, and how his cave looked like a skull... Definitely a classic character... I had been looking for some cool Phantom strips from early on, and this Wilson McCoy one from 1961! Plus they extensively used zip-a-tone on them for his costume, which is always fun! Classic early Phantom strip!

The Phantom was always cool. I recall seeing those Phanom serials in my childhood. Nice pick up!

Look at you, stretching those collecting muscles! Perhaps just as enjoyable is the fact that this stuff is dirt cheap compared to superhero art.
