My second commission from the brilliant and talented Steve Mannion. Again, I’ve had this one for a little while, but not quite as long as “WANTED.” That one was done in late summer and this one was late fall.

In trying to decide what I wanted to ask Steve for next, I kept thinking of how much I enjoyed his trademark females. I also wanted something really fun, and of course I wanted him to crank it up on all that detail he loves to put into a piece.

So what does he come up with for me? A piece called, what else, but “FROLICK!” Is this guy a genius, or what?

Anyway, the piece pretty much speaks for itself. My profound thanks to Steve for really going above and beyond on this commission. You’re 2 for 2 big guy! What say we keep it going? Uh, until I run out of money, of course! LOL

Saw this at Steve's place. I convinced him that it was better than OK. I could have told him it sucked and kept it for myself. Needless to say... supremely awesome !!! ! As they say on ebay, the scan does not do it justice.

Well I guess some thanks are in order then Will. Although I find it hard to imagine that you could convince Steve, or anyone else for that matter, that this piece sucked. And you're aboutely right, the scan DOESN'T do it justice!

Steve certainly has been busy. This is great. I can't wait till the day when I can get a commission from him.
