Description

Snow White and the Seven Dwarves is my favorite animated film of all time, so it is an immense pleasure to be able to add this Sunday to my collection. This particular Sunday strip just happens to contain the scene where all the title characters, Snow White and the seven dwarves, meet each other for the very first time. This will be hanging in my daughter's room.

I'd also love to have an example with the old hag on it, so please contact me if you have one and want to do a deal. That one of course, would be for daddy to hang up for himself. I don't think images of an old crone with a wart on her nose would go over very well at this stage of my daughter's life. ;)

I'm sure your daughter will grow to love this film and piece of artwork as so many have found it to be Disney's greatest story re-creation. Unfortunately Hank Porter did not pencil or ink this piece as he died in 1951. At this time I can not put my hands on the complete Hank Porter version that appeared in the SUNDAY COLOR COMICS from Dec. 12 1937 - Apr. 24,1938. I would have liked to have seen if this was a reworked page or another artists version. However i do remember holding several original pages in my hands over forty years ago, but without the money to buy one. SIGH!
