Quite an honor to have a part in the 700th issue of Batman. The fact that it's drawn by the oh so talented Dave Finch is just gravy. I'm going to be doing a bunch of stuff with Dave, so this gets things started with a bang!

Scott, I'm loving the versatility you showed here. You could have inked him just like you've inked Jim Lee in the past, and everyone would have applauded. . .seeing your ink translation of Finch's pencil hatches proves my suspicion that you're a superhero yourself :)

I really loved your work with Finch, especially with Batman. It was some of the best looking comic art out there. This was my favorite Finch/Williams piece. It's been a few years now but I sure hope you two get the occasion to work together again and if not thanks for sharing this modern marvel..Dc. whatever. It's fantastic.
