Micronauts / Star Wars movie poster Mashup by CLINT HILINSKI

People who have been waiting for a new addition to my 'MICROscope' theme should feel rewarded by this newest entry.

For the time being, I seem to be continuing my little tradition of going with artists I know well of old - in this case, harkening back to my sketch card collecting days. Clint Hilinski was a noted contributor to one of the first sketch card releases, Skybox's Marvel Creator's Collection (1998). He has since of course gone on to multiple successes, but is probably best known for his recent stint on VOLTRON. I knew his tight mechanical line would be a perfect fit for a mashup of the classic Howard Chaykin 'Star Wars' ComicCon poster. Outstanding.
