Description

This is a cel from the funniest and, in some ways, the most risque of the Batman, Superman Adventures. Roxy Rocket is one who commits crimes for the thrill. This is a two cel (one cel is Roxy, the other is the batplane) setup used in making "The Ultimate Thrill", a late episode of the animated series The Batman / Superman Adventures, which first aired on September 14, 1998. It shows Roxy Rocket escaping after a daring dirigible heist and being chased by the Batplane. The background is a scan of the one three seconds before this exact frame. In this frame as aired, only the tops of the buildings are visible.
