Description
My favorite Frank Miller story is the DD Born Again collaboration with David Mazzucchelli. My second favorite is the Elektra Lives graphic novel (with apologies to all you Dark Knight fans out there, which I also love). Finding a great page from this story is just about impossible, and finding one with both Elektra and Matt Murdoch--well, it's a dream come true. The fact that this page is so LARGE is a nice bonus. I really want to take the opportunity to thank Joe for helping make this possible. Making friends like him is part of what this hobby is all about

That sixth panel - I remember it so clearly, proud Elektra being scared. It's a tragical, heartbreaking sequence: chains and thorns, that's what have always surrounded their love. Makes you cry. Nice page.

I LOVE Elektra lives again. I love the clear line style Frank employed during this period. It's pretty amazing how much Frank's style has changed over the years while always being appealing. What a great page, wonder what's under the middle panel.
