I think this is the first-ever 2 part commission I've ever had done. Thinks of this as sort of a One-Minute Later-type thing. Yeah, but don't actually call it One-Minute Later because that's trademarked by Michael F. Finn and believe me, you don't want his attorneys on your case. Well actually, its just him cause he is an attorney and he's pretty tenacious. If you don't believe me, wait til I show you the cease-and-desist letter he sent me when he found out I used the term One-Minute Later.

Anyway, where was I? Oh yeah, here's the thing: In the many years I've been commissioning art, there are a few artists I consider my go-to guys. Darryl Banks is one, so is Sal Velluto. Luke McDonnell is another. Then there's this gentlemen: Val Semeiks.

How many times do I have to tell you? You just cannot beat Val when it comes to the total package -- that's great art, great service, great pricing. He comes through everytime. And I love what he did with this one. Jug is huge and unstoppable, and I love how he's got Bee-Man looking all hapless after being swatted away like the insect he is. Go commission Val, you won't regret it.

Wow! Thats Val for you...perfection everytime. Great composition and execution. Wait Harvey had heroes? I thought this was going to be Jugs vs. Casper, Baby Huey, Little Dot and Hot Stuff!

Larry, for some strange reason I'd almost like to see Juggernaut flattening Baby Huey and the rest. In fact, I briefly thought about doing such a commission. Then I sobered up:-)

This is like awesomeness wrapped in awesomeness, drenched in awesome sauce. Love the two-part scenario! (Notice how I carefully avoided using the phrase that will incur the legal wrath of M. Finn, Esq.)
