DescriptionI bought this piece from Alexander Acevedo back in the mid 90s and I still love it. I think it's a great example of 70s era Fritz, though I don't think it had been published until its appearance in the newly released "Frazetta Sketchbook II" from Vanguard (at least in the delux edition), which contains this drawing and quite a few other previously unpublished images. I'm thrilled that new Frazetta books keep coming out because it would be great if all of Frazetta's work were out there for fans like me to see --- unpublished Frazettas still remain at this late date, surprising as it is to me. I'm amazed by the number of rhythm lines Fritz managed to weave through the pair of figures in this piece, and I'm delighted by the energetic lines. Hope you like it!Social/Sharing |

Nothing can beat Frazetta's wonderful line work, especially when he's at his Pagan Fantasy best, like here! No wonder you still love that one dearly...

It deserve a 2nd comment! Inks by Frazetta are so pure, light and powerfull, he was the best in line art and oil where no one can still reach the mood they provide.

Fritz could see into womens souls. I know a lot of women that would do this! ;) Very Nice!
