Description

...and if the "Doomsday is Coming" DC house ad did appear before Superman: Man of Steel #17, then THIS would be the first Doomsday. You can head over to Dan Jurgens' website to see his post on the origins of Doomsday, along with other preliminary sketchs. When I emailed him a query on this sketch, his response:

"Yes, that was the general sketch/design pattern used for the ad!

Dan"

Possibly the first Doomsday, possibly not, but for now, definitely...THE END!!!

...oh, and for those that are feeling jealous, this page is displayed only for example. Mr Jurgen's said he would never part with it.
