DescriptionAmazingly vibrant painted page by Cam Kennedy from the first Dark Empire series. I really loved this series, which was a continuation of the original trilogy (picking up 6 years after the battle of Endor). This page features a Star Destroyer being swallowed up by a World Devastator with an inset of Lando Calrissian. Pencils, Inks, and Paint all on the same board. Painted using Rotring waterproof watercolour inks (similar to acrylic) with touches of gouache paint. Signed by Cam Kennedy. Social/Sharing |

Love the colors on Kennedy's painted art--this page really pops! Beautiful stuff...

I love this series! The continuation of the story, the details, colours. This got me hooked on Star Wars comics.
And this is a prime example of the fantastic work that Cam did on the series. Congrats on adding this to your collection!
