Description

This game was originally released in Japan as a Mickey Mouse game in the Crazy Castle series. It was re-skinned and released in North America as Kid Klown in Night Mayor World in 1993, published by Kemco. To game collectors, it is a notoriously rare title and impossible to find in sealed condition.
