Description15" x 10" image area. Ink over graphite on Bristol board. Man-Thing #4 Page 7 FOOLKILLER original art (Marvel, 1974). Val Mayerik and Jack Abel.Foolkiller is shown driving his small red sports car only to disappear in his secret headquarters, a tractor trailer rig outfitted with the latest computers and the Reverend Mike shrine. "I'm home, Mike and I've got to talk to you." This was my very first Foolkiller page and the page that made me a Foolkiller convert! Hallelujah! Foolkiller has become one of my most favorite characters of the comic world. Foolkiller is such a flashy guy with his costme and car, taking after Reverend Mike's carnival caravan and preaching hard.

Lovely page! Nice storytelling from Mayerik, with the old car-into-trailer trick and then ending the page on a truly gothic cliffhanger. Creepy. Abel's inks are so slick here.
