DescriptionI’ve enjoyed seeing the pieces that artist Cris Delara has posted to CAF, so I visited her website where I found this. My kids are very into the new Spidey and His Amazing Friends cartoon where this version of Gwen Stacy is one of the lead characters. Since Cris’ take on Gwen knocked my socks off, and since my kids love the character, I thought I would get this for them (although I may need to get another piece as well for the day when they stop sharing everything).Social/Sharing |

A lovely piece. A couple of tiny tweaks here and there and this would suddenly have a manga appearance. I can see that style simmering beneath the surface. Oh, and there's a new Spidey & his Amazing Friends cartoon?

Yeah, there's a new Spidey and his Amazing Friends cartoon. It's very much geared towards little kids, with the two amazing friends being Gwen and Miles Morales (who goes by the name Spin in the show). The characters are also aged down to around 11 or so. Like I said, for younger kids, but it seems to have become very popular very quickly (at least among the kids around here).

A bright and cute piece because she is shown with that childlike look and not aged up.
