Gilbert Hernandez: Fritz as 'Melina' in 'Three Mystic Eyes'

Wonderful pin-up from Gilberts series of Fritz in her various roles in her movies.

He's made quite a few of these pin-ups of Fritz and I like the idea of him creating even more fabric and background material to the lives of his characters. The craziest thing would be, if he'd release a novel by one of his characters, say Luba writing about the gangster underworld.

Wow oh wow! That's fantastic. Fritz is one of my favorite Beto characters. I'm jealous :)

I doubt there will be any novels from Luba; but I heard that one of Beto's forthcoming "Fritz movie" graphic novels will be MARIA M, the Pipo-produced, Doralis-written chronicle of Maria's "Poison River" days with Peter Rio (before she married Hector Martinez) that caused the estrangement between Luba and her sisters.
