DescriptionIf you've never read this series, it's THE antidote to the "grim and gritty" tone of mainstream comics that has prevailed since the '80s (only Moore and Miller did that well at the Big 2). That may not have been O'Malley's intention, but that's how it's worked out. So much fun. The kids I know eat these books up. This old guy likes them, too.Social/Sharing |

Congrats on owning a piece of history! I love the series too. I wonder if the movie will be any good?

Well, at least I know who I was bidding against! Felix - if I respected your tastes before, my respect is atmospheric at this stage! My opinion? This will be a significant piece of comic history - and, per your comments - I think it is a pretty important one right now. Well done, my friend!

Loved loved loved this series... can't believe you own the cover art :O
PS: I recently discovered you via Instagram... and then the podcasts... and then I signed up for CAF. I'm worried where this journey is going to take me!!! But so far as a casual (non-purchasing) observer, it's been fun :D
