It seems GCD is incorrect. The story is credited to "Redondo" in the published issue: https://2.bp.blogspot.com/0atyD3P9CsMZvsuFcKkEMecRFlhsDefJmfOxoWAvKEGTCB5mDB2VR2-ZKm9_psf0kAjwGKvF0jSl=s1600

This is a really cool page, and it seems around half of it never saw print. Only three panels (in a somewhat reduced form) ended up being used in page 12 of the printed comic-book (probably after a decision to reduce the page count of the story). A scan of the printed version can be seen here: https://2.bp.blogspot.com/-PSN6p4EYgWY/W9WwcolUXCI/AAAAAAAA95c/O3Rxd9xMyMYVw8cGoju1g6TSSO8RTEt4wCHMYCw/s1600/RCO013.jpg
