DescriptionA great commission from Eranga Devasurendra. Eranga's a friend and we have chatted a few times over last year about the idea of me adding a piece from him in my collection. We bounced ideas and landed on Joe Fixit and then he ran with it. I love the idea of having Fixit bursting through the classic Jack Kirby Hulk #1 cover - and he executed the idea with perfection. Eranga's a big Dale Keown fan as well and you can see the DNA of this inspiration all over the piece. Love this one! Thanks Eranga - the art on the package made me smile as well!If you like this art and are looking for a great commission experience, look Eranga up! Awesome commission Dave! Eranga killed it with the concept! I love the way he's busting right through the cover! Everything about this commission is spectacular! ... especially the friendship involved and the way it yielded such a great piece of art!. Congrats!

Sweet! Like the big grin on Fixit and that he's fully suited up - just about to get the night going, starting with ripping through this remnant of that green guy :) Definitely can see some Keown in there as you note! Congrats, Dave!

Thanks KG! And with this being issue #1, those remnants are from the OG Grey Hulk before he turned green!

I can back you up when I say that getting a commission from Eranga is as good of a commission experience as one can hope for. And the amazing quality of the work speaks for itself.

So no one told you Eranga draws this way
Your skin's turned green, you're Hulk
Your pants are DOA
It's like your'e always stuck in zoot suit gear
Commissions don't wait a day, a week, a month
Not even a year, but
Mr. Fixit for you
(When the ink starts to pour)
Grey Hulk now in view
(With Betty and Rick too)
I'll be there for you
('Cause you're there for me too)

If the word Epic wore a pinstripe suit it would look like this.

Splendid image of Joe Fixit bursting out of the cover of Hulk #1 by Eranga Devasurendra! Joe Fixit never looked more dapper! Love the sharp looking suit and fedora! The big grin Joe's wearing tells you he likes it too. This Joe Fixit looks like he wouldn't be out of place escorting Marlo Chandler down the runway. Fantastic pick-up, congrats!
