Description

Having drawn Odin�s ire for still being with Jane Foster (again), Thor joins the Warriors Three back on Earth. Jane is then kidnapped by time travelling Zarrko�s robotic servant, the enigmatic �Servitor�. This was a truly action-packed issue, with scene after scene of Thor and the Warriors Three battling against the powerful robot, and here Thor just manages to free Brave Hogun from its grip. Sinnott�s inking is glorious on John Buscema�s pencils. Issue 242 stands amongst the very best of Big John�s Thor issues, in my opinion.

Gripping action! The first closeup of thor really grabs your attention. The fourth panel Thor figure looks like a part of a cover image of Thor from back in Avengers.

Buscema's rendering of Servitor in this issue was amazing. I agree with you, it's one of the best drawn books that he did in the Thor series. And what a great action page! Thor and the Warriors three doing what they do best, beating on a baddie. Nice find. Congrats!
