One of the most memorable splashes and moments from the entire series! Just so happy to pick up this masterpiece by Jose Gonzalez from his second issue on the title - it really doesn't get much better than this one for me as a Vampirella fan. No one did Vampirella better than Pepe - he and his artistry are sorely missed.

A truly beautiful illustration page from Pepe. Wonderful mix of techniques. The early 70's was a great time to be inspired by illustrators of sequential art, and Pepe widened my mind's eye.
