DISNEY, MICKEY'S INFERNO
"L'Inferno di Topolino" (Mickey's Inferno) is story first published in 1949, written by Guido Martina and illustrated by Angelo Bioletto, that is the first (and most famous) Disney comic book parody created in Italy. Mickey as Dante Alighieri and Goofy as Virgil are simply iconic. This is one of my all-time Disney favorite stories and felt like it deserved its own gallery room containing homages from today's Disney artists.
