Another cool Mortimer Legion page! One of the things I always enjoyed about the Legion in this era were the gadgets that you saw in the stories - like gill masks - described as if they were commonplace. 

I think Perkins' artwork is amazing and this is a great example of it.

I really enjoyed the Legion stories that appeared in Superboy during this time period. This one had a clever plot (and a great villain.) Plus, I think Tuska did a nice job on the art.
