Kirby's astounding ability with perspective is mindblowing. He interprets and understands visual depth so well, and apparently he worked so quickly..GENIUS.

Hey Glen, Thanks mate. With certain books, as a youngster, I used to be disappointed if what should have been Kirby, turned out to be Heck. I think my taste has matured (hopefully) over the years, and his work engages my attention. I think Wally Wood's inks give a huge positive to the pencils.

Hey Steve, thanks. Though it is not clear in the small scan, Jack has even drawn in the little head winglets....it is my favourite panel on the page....sucks you in to a vacuum space.

Mark, this is a beautiful page, as much for the great "Nazi" villains, as for Jack's art shining with the beautiful BWS inks....Super!

This is a great page by a very underrated artist; I think collectors are just starting to 'get the message' how good Werner Roth really was over an extended period. Well secured.

Great page, I know D.Bruce Berry is not as highly regarded an inker on Jack's works as some, but his job here is top shelf.

William, this is awesome! I remember the confusion of seeing this strange transition in AS from Ditko to this new artist who I had really only taken notice of in Daredevil. Boy did Romita make his mark. Congratulations on a defining page.

I think you are right Aaron, it is a common tale of Jack losing track of the required page count to 'squeeze in' the story content.
