PKEDA #-1 wraparound blank cover - Duck Avenger, Evronians

The first of my three commissions from Cortona Comics 2026!

Being Mastantuono one of my all-time favorite artists, it really was a no-brainer to have him realize the first Cortona Comics 2026 piece... I had with me the blank of PK -1, that offers the opportunity of a wraparound piece, and since in the story within Paperinik is not yet PK, I asked Corrado for a Paperinik wrapped up by a huge cape (Todd McFarlane-like) surveilling Duckburg (with the Ducklair tower, just to remark that we're in the PK world) from above and some Evronians in the background.

I admired and enjoyed every single stroke of pencil and brush, from start to completion. It was mostly done with pencil, ink, ecoline, and final touches with colored pencils.

Needless to say, the piece came up simply outstanding. LOVE the cape.
