Description

Whatever this zombie has planned for that kid, you don't wanna know -- be it live infant, dead infant, or plastic baby doll -- who knows?

Since drawing this moving portrait in 2007, it's found a place in a soon-to-be-published book: Cayetano Garza Jr. digitally colored this fella as one of five color interior illustrations Cat and I contributed to the signed-and-numbered limited edition of The New Dead, edited by Christopher Golden and forthcoming from Subterranean Press. I also have a short story in that anthology -- "Copper" -- so it's a book worth keeping your eyes peeled for!

This zombie piece measures 9" x 12" on acid-free white board, drawn with black and white markers and it's perfect 21st Century nursery decoration.
