Asterix

Being extremely happy with my Disney Robin Hood commission last year, I tried to ask Oscar Martìn if he was interested in doing another one with Goscinny and Uderzo's most famous characters. He enthusiastically agreed!

Lucca Comics & Games 2016.
I had the chance to meet Oscar again, get my commission (and a few other pieces), and talk with him. That was fantastic and, again, one of those moments I love Lucca C&G for.

The illustration itself is simply magnificent, portraying many of our beloved Gauls in a classic scene where everyone, except Obelix, gets to drink the magic potion. You can easily feel his disappointment.
The piece has a "classic feel" that I love.
