On a more serious note, this was the first original story of the series, which was contractually limited to only using material found in the first five episodes of the TV series. So story scripting was confined into a very narrow lane. The preceeding page is the title splash of Serena's coffin as it is ejected from the Galactica into the blood-red sun of Kobol, setting the stage for the emotional punch here on page 2. A great addition to your collection, Andrew.

Emotionally wrought page! Yes, you can cry with those deep Janson inks and tones that weighs as heavy as their mourning for the dead.
