"He didn't tell me about any coke!!"

What an honor to add a page from the seminal underground publication by Gilbert Shelton and Dave Sheridan (and later Paul Mavrides after the too early death of Sheridan). This issue was the first in which Shelton took a partner, adding Sheridan to help with the long form Mexican trip story. Sheridan worked on over 40 issues of the FFFB.

I've been reading these adventures since the mid-1980's, right when the brothers embarked on their Idiots Abroad series. Perhaps no other series better reflects the movement of American culture from the 60's to the 70's and then the 80's.

The brothers would be so proud, and slightly bewildered, that weed is almost entirely legal now.
