DescriptionThe supremely talented Lee Bermejo drew this sublime cover of Daredevil (it is astonishing in person), swinging over a Ferrari 360 Modena, in front of Monte Carlo's famed Hotel de Paris. One of the best covers from the Ed Brubaker (my favorite comics writer) run on the title, as Matt Murdock travels to Monaco in search of the person who ordered the murder (or so he believed at the time) of Foggy Nelson. If you enjoyed the Miller/Janson DD run and the later Miller/Mazzucchelli "Born Again" storyline, I can't recommend the Bendis/Maleev and Brubaker/Lark DD runs highly enough. In some respects, they even surpass those '80s classics in the quality of art and storytelling.Anyway, being a huge fan of Daredevil, Brubaker and exotic cars, as well as being a many-times visitor to Monaco and La Côte d'Azur (my favorite travel destination), I felt like this cover was the perfect example for my collection - enjoy! Huge congrats and thanks for sharing this incredible work in all its genuine glory! I can't believe that the published color version is sooo far from doing it justice :(

An absolute monster cover. The car almost steals the show but every damn texture is so good it's hard to choose. Congrats and thanks for sharing!
