Description

This is one of the 10 preliminary illustrations that Paolo Mottura realized (with pastels) for the Moby Dick Disney parody that he illustrated and was published in Topolino (Mickey Mouse) magazine #3003-3004.

These illustrations were shown in Albissola Comics, May 2013.

This is no. 8 of 10.

This scene, that features Scrooge/Achab Donald/Ismael and the nephews/Queequeg, was also an idea for the cover of Topolino #3003/3004 and has been published in #3004 in an article related to Moby Dick. Also published in Disney Time 63.

It is a striking image. You cannot imagine how much I love it.
