Description

From issue #8, the historic first appearance of CAPTAIN UNIVERSE... the Hero Who Could Be... You!!! (Tagline from his later appearances, of course)

This splash is missing the blue surprint page for the Captain's molecule-motif uniform. A minor disappointment. This was McLeod's only issue on the title.
