1 CUT BACK TO the INT of the Flag Ship. The OOD is turning to the reader/CROPPED-OFF & SILHOUETTED Karza to report the failure of their first wave of attack on the K'Lar. The OOD is looking around from the console of an Ops officer, who's not daring to lock gazes w/ the arch-villain. A viewport above the Ops station details yet another cruiser meeting its fate as a giant squid whips it w/ its tendrils.
2 CLOSE IN a tad as Karza grabs up the OOD by the neck in one huge gauntlet, lifting him off his feet and choking the poor bastard. The OOD's eyes are wide w/ horror as he grabs at Karza's mammoth hands. Karza's staring the OOD eye-to-eye. Red energy is crackling around the would-be-despot's gauntlet, from his eyes. Karza's telling the OOD that failure is unacceptable.
3 HS of gagging OOD as Karza's OP words say something like, "Do we see eye-to-eye, Deck Officer?"
4 PULLBACK to show the OOD laying on the deck where Karza dropped him, rubbing his neck as he lays there, propped on an elbow, head heavy. Karza is walking away, cape licking at his heels as he orders the OOD to launch the second phase of the assault and to pull in the reserve contingent and to "Send the message to Lady Celicia." All the OOD can utter is a shaky, "Yes...Baron."
5 CUT TO the EXT of the Flag Ship again. Now we're looking up at its belly--as well as two other battle ships--as three missile shaped ASSAULT TRANSPORTS fall out of the hangar in the bellies of the large ships. Their afterburners are kicking in. A caption of the OOD's dialog will explain Karza's plan to harpoon the giant squids w/ ships full of Space Troopers.
