Holy cow! Congrats on finding your grail page!
Wonderful that you managed to acquire your grail! It's a stunning page! Congrats!
Congratulations, Larry. What a terrific Avengers page! It is wonderful that you were able to add such a meaningful piece to your original art collection. Thanks for sharing your story.
Larry, a stellar acquisition of a historic and classic Avengers page. I am so happy for you my friend. I felt your passion for this page in your description. The emotional satisfaction from obtaining a grail piece is indescribable, unless you are lucky enough to have experienced it firsthand. You are a great guy and i'm so glad you achieved this great milestone. Bravo.
congrats man!
This is what our hobby is all about! Major congratulations on finding your lifelong grail page. Where do you go from here?
It's a great page, and your description is wonderful and moving. I hope this page continues to bring you joy now that it's found its way home. I also know what it's like to have grail art that provides a throughline to our childhood awe and wonder. It's like having a magic talisman to help us stay rooted through life's changing fortunes and circumstances.
It's true that every time a comic art collector acquires a long sought grail, you hear a bell, and an angel gets his wings!
Once a year, return to the barber shop just to sit quietly. (More often if you need a cut.)
A great Silver Age Avengers page!
That is awesome Larry- I am so happy for you!!
You've done it, Sir Lancelot!
Congrats!!! an incredible page from an incredible story with a far too rare appearence of Hank Pym in his best uniform.
Whenever a CAF member gets his grail, an angel gets its wings. Congrats!
Congrats Larry! This is awesome! Very happy for you!
Great story and a great page. comics meant so much to so many of us as kids. Glad you finally got your Grail!
Love these older Avengers pages. Congrats on getting a page from your favorite comic.
And it's clean as a whistle ;-)
Beautiful page!
Great page and a great story-Congratulations! Thanks for sharing!
Wonderful page. I loved Heck's Avengers work from this period and I kick myself for passing up an early Avengers page not long ago. Bravo!
Congeatulations. I get it and your story echors my own. For me, it was the Marvel Triple Action reprint of Avengers 26 that opened my imagination to a wonderful world. I quickly found the Legion but Don Heck and A26 still holds a special place in my heart. I have copies of the story in Greek, in Spanish, French etc but to own a page is a very special feeling. Fame it, hang it on a wall and I guarantee a big goofy grin will cross your face each and every time you walk by. A Grail occours when the right person has the right art for all the right reasons. ENJOY
Wow! Congrats
Amazing grail-worth page indeed! Full team in twice-up action with a clever play on the rally cry "Avengers Disperse!" Congrats Larry...Lucky you, this one is a winner!
What a thing to own! Beautiful page. Really dynamic layouts, finished so well. Congratulations!
So damn classic...congrats
