1 Now show me at least two dozen K'Lar warriors raining down on the Space Troopers. The assault transport is laying suppressive fire for the troops as they take on the K'Lar warriors inside their own living ship. LONG-SHOT is fine. We show more on the last panel.
2 CUT TO the 'Nauts in the main chamber. Largest panel of page. Knee deep in dead warriors and covered in goo, they're watching the still large horde of living warriors in puzzlement as the K'Lar suddenly and simultaneously cease their battle w/ the 'Nauts. All the K'Lar are tilting their heads in an eerie, cognitive manner as if listening to a central voice--or receiving instructions of much import. The 'Nauts are standing poised for battle. Excpet for Rann, who's holding his head like he has a splitting headache. That bloody nose is back.
The 'Nauts' balance is off a little as the floor and walls of the living ship quiver under the onslaught it's withstanding.
3 INSET HS of Mari, concerned over OP Rann.
4 PULLBACK to a MCU as Rann--still holding his aching head w/ one hand (panel left)--waves his free hand at the 'Nauts as they all stand watching him, concerned.
5 INTERCUT PANEL. We're looking through Rann's mindseye as he shows us the Star Troopers trying to fight the K'Lar warriors w/in the INT of the squids and also the EXT space battle as another makeshift Homeworld battle cruiser gets batted by the tendrils of a space squid.
