A sentimental favorite, as this one was one of the final two pages to locate for the entire set of three issues. And a Baron Karza page at that!

4 panels
1 FULL-SHOT of Baron Karza. The "panel" is running along the left side of the page, incorporated into the remaining three panels. One hand is behind his back, the other clenched as he barks orders. His dialog will overlap onto the appropriate panels and I'll need to put a scene-change caption top left, 10 words max, above his head. This full-shot should look like it was cut & pasted over the panels below.
2 Move to the OOD barking orders at the crew members in the bridge pit. Beyond is a viewport showing us mini-squids flying through the explosion of a HW craft (remember Buck Rogers?). I see panels 2-4 identical dimensionally, w/ Karza cut & pasted over the top of them.
3 CUT TO the mostly CROPPED-OFF EXT of the Flag Ship's port side. As a squadron of Homeworld Interceptors pours out of a hanger in the belly of the Flag Ship, they find themselves in the path of a mini-squid's caustic blast. The lead Interceptors are disintegrating.
Banks of Thorium turrets along the port side of the Flag Ship are attempting to lay suppressive fire for the squadron, failing (remember the machine gun-like laser banks on the side of the Argo in Star Blazers?).
4 REVERSE ANGLES (the Flag Ship's POV). In the mid-ground, a half- disintegrated Interceptor is smashing into the hide of a mini-squid. A half-dozen other Interceptors are veering out of the way of the mini-squid wedge. Thorium blasts from the OP Flag Ship are pelting the K'Lar light fighting vessels. Minimal damage.
In the BG, swarms of mini-squids are tearing into the Homeworld fleet. Interceptors are engaging the wedge shaped swarms to no avail as cruisers cum battle ships fight a loosing battle. Cary--try to show me at least one cruiser succumbing to the mini-squids' caustic blasts.
